Your primary goal will be to emanate our brand and personality in every customer interaction, ensuring that our customers receive a WOW experience that leaves a lasting impression. To achieve this, you'll need to develop expertise on our product and internal software, as well as translate our product and customer communications into Korean. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver exceptional customer service through chat and email support, ensuring that customers receive a WOW experience across all channels * Translate our product and customer communications, including newsletters, lifecycle emails, and more, into Korean * Develop expertise on our product and internal software to help customers efficiently * Maintain happiness and positivity in every customer and team interaction * Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date with product updates, industry trends, and best practices in customer support **Requirements:** * Professional level in your native language (Korean) and English communication skills * Strong passion to help people with different learning curves * Deep love for learning new things, problem-solving, and analytical skills * Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment * Availability to work at full-time capacity (40 hours per week) **Essential Qualifications:** * 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Proficiency in Korean and English languages, with the ability to translate complex technical information * Experience with customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment * Knowledge of product development and software engineering principles * Experience with content creation, including writing and editing * Familiarity with social media platforms and customer support tools * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team * Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences * Willingness to learn and grow with the company **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
