You'll design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, collaborate with school teams and families, and implement evidence-based strategies to promote student growth and success in the classroom. Your expertise and passion will make a real difference in the lives of our students, and we're excited to have you join our team. **Responsibilities** As a BCBA on our team, your responsibilities will include: * Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors * Developing and managing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) that address the unique needs of each student * Training and supporting school staff and paraprofessionals to ensure they have the skills and confidence to implement behavior intervention plans * Monitoring and documenting student progress, adjusting plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes * Collaborating with IEP teams, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to supporting students * Staying up-to-date with best practices in applied behavior analysis and incorporating new research and techniques into your work **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Active BCBA certification (required) * Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred, but not required * Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders * A strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and practices * A passion for improving student outcomes and a commitment to delivering high-quality services **Employment Options** We offer a range of employment options to fit your needs and preferences.
