Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes. **Schedule** * **Flexible schedule opportunities**: Create your own schedule and work at your own pace. * **Schedule available hours**: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm CST. **Skills Needed** To succeed as a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll need: * **Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software** * **Bookkeeping/accounting expertise**, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related tasks * **Customer service experience**, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment * **Comfort with cross-selling relevant products** while addressing customer concerns * **Strong ownership of customer issues**, with the ability to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution * **Tech savvy** and an avid computer user * **Friendly tone and professional demeanor** **Work Environment Requirements** To work as a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll need: * **Quiet, uninterrupted space** * **Organized desk area** **Technology Requirements** * **Personal computer** (no tablet) * **Broadband internet connection**, at least 10 Mbps download speed * **Wired internet connection** (no wi-fi or mobile internet) * **Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system** * **Valid antivirus software** installed, running, and up to date * **Wired USB headset with microphone** * **Mac users**: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility. **Important Information** * **Location**: You must live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA. We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. * **Criminal background check**: Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check. * **Contractual relationship**: The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship.
