Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Training Specialist to join our team at arenaflex Retail Stores. As a Creative, you'll inspire and educate our customers on the latest arenaflex products and services, helping them to get the most out of their devices and achieve their goals. With a focus on inclusivity, diversity, and customer satisfaction, you'll work closely with our team to create a welcoming environment that invites everyone to share their ideas and learn from one another. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Training Specialist, your main role will be to: * Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to small groups and individuals, using your presentation skills to facilitate learning and maximize customer understanding. * Work closely with customers to understand their needs and goals, adjusting your teaching style to meet their individual skill levels and preferences. * Lead scheduled sessions, as well as interact with store customers between sessions, providing exceptional customer service and support. * Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting and valuing diversity, and demonstrating arenaflex's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, and provide support and guidance as needed. * Stay up-to-date with the latest arenaflex products and services, and recommend relevant support options, such as business services and the Genius Bar. * Be flexible with your schedule, with work hours based on business needs. Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A passion for education and a ability to instruct by letting users learn by doing. * Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to teach small groups and multiple customers simultaneously. * Tenacity and a willingness to work with customers to help them get the most out of their devices. * A commitment to creating an inclusive environment, respecting and valuing diversity, and demonstrating arenaflex's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities. * Comfort with selling and recommending products and services, as well as providing support and guidance to team members. * Self-motivation and self-direction, with the ability to adhere to a tightly structured training schedule. * Flexibility with your schedule, with work hours based on business needs.
