Key Responsibilities As a Customer Training Specialist, your main role will be to: * Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to small groups and individuals, using your presentation skills to facilitate learning and maximize customer understanding. * Work closely with customers to understand their needs and goals, adjusting your teaching style to meet their individual skill levels and preferences. * Lead scheduled sessions, as well as interact with store customers between sessions, providing exceptional customer service and support. * Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting and valuing diversity, and demonstrating arenaflex's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, and provide support and guidance as needed. * Stay up-to-date with the latest arenaflex products and services, and recommend relevant support options, such as business services and the Genius Bar. * Be flexible with your schedule, with work hours based on business needs.
