Core Information About the Position Location: Columbia, South Carolina (travel assignment) Company: Vetted Health Compensation: $2,005 per week (gross), with $1,404 in wages and $602 in stipend Position: Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist Start Date: December 9, with immediate openings available Assignment Duration: 13 weeks Shifts: 8 hours, 5 days a week Key Responsibilities As a CT Technologist with Vetted Health, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes. Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting patient assessments and preparing them for CT scans Operating CT equipment to produce high-quality images Positioning patients correctly to ensure accurate image capture Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist Current BLS certification National and state certification (and/or as required) Ability to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week Ability to travel to Columbia, South Carolina, and live within 60 miles of the facility Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills and knowledge of CT equipment Excellent patient assessment and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Ability to collaborate effectively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Vetted Health, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
