We're seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial individual who will join our team in creating and delivering a pivotal new tool for both customers and sales staff to elevate the sales experience. **Key Responsibilities** As a Content & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop a new sales enablement program that meets customer needs and drives business results * Developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with arenaflex's brand and customer experience goals * Creating engaging content that resonates with customers and sales staff, including product information, sales materials, and customer success stories * Working closely with program directors to ensure timely and effective delivery of the sales enablement program * Analyzing customer feedback and data to inform content decisions and drive continuous improvement * Developing and maintaining a style guide and content library to ensure consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints * Participating in rapid prototyping and testing to ensure the sales enablement program meets customer needs and drives business results * Collaborating with IT and product teams to develop and implement technical solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1+ years of experience working with content development teams and regional partners, with a strong understanding of geo-specific markets * Deep experience in happy development through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales growth * Comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex products, features, and applications * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex customer experience data into actionable content strategies * Experience with customer experience management tools, including Adobe Experience Manager (a plus) * Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment where collaboration is essential * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High level of integrity, values, honesty, and trust **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Certification in content marketing, customer experience, or a related field * Experience with agile project management methodologies **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
