About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Contract Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a member of our customer service team, you will engage with blithequark members to help them find the right healthcare for their needs, understand how our program works, and assist them in getting their eligible claims paid. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional support via phone, chat, and email, acting as the voice of blithequark and providing education and guidance to our members. Key Responsibilities Deliver amazing service to our members via phone, chat, and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand and utilize their benefit and find the right provider for their needs Follow documented best practices for handling member inquiries and suggest process improvements as you identify them Manage and organize your workload using blithequark's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs to ensure timely and effective resolution Retail a detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance to provide accurate and helpful support to our members Relay member feedback to leadership teams to improve blithequark's solution and drive continuous improvement Candidate Profile To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for helping people solve their problems with the ability to think creatively and empathetically. You should also have experience working in a customer-facing environment, demonstrating your ability to stay calm under pressure and provide excellent written and verbal communication skills.
