Responsibilities As a Customer Care and Benefits Enrollment Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Providing excellent, patient, and empathetic customer service to federal employees, retirees, compensationers, and retired military personnel. Assisting clients with plan enrollment, creating new accounts, and answering general plan questions. Navigating our website and providing support with site-related issues. Working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls during open enrollment season. Maintaining a quiet, uninterrupted workspace during all working hours. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills: You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with our clients. Tech-savvy and computer skills: You should be comfortable using a computer and navigating our website. Friendly tone and professional demeanor: You should be able to provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. Ability to work in the United States (except CA, NY, PA, WA): You must be a resident of the United States, excluding California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington. Successful completion of a background check: You must be able to pass a criminal background check to represent our client.
