About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Experience Associate to join our team, working remotely from the USA. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for resolving complex customer issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify product insights, and driving initiatives to improve both the agent and customer experience. Your goal will be to make our customers successful, and you will work closely with our product, growth, and engineering teams to achieve this objective. Key Responsibilities Successfully resolve complex customer issues, including troubleshooting and technical support, through multiple support channels (email, SMS, chat), with a primary focus on phone support Own and stay up-to-date with ongoing issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal escalation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product insights, bug reporting, and ticket trends, sharing findings with product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement Work on various projects and initiatives to enhance both the agent and customer experience, driving process improvements and efficiency gains Handle customer escalations as needed, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: 2+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Availability to work weekends, with a flexible schedule to accommodate our customers' needs Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide effective resolutions A strong passion for helping solve user issues, with unwavering patience and empathy A team player who contributes ideas to improve processes, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving Self-motivated and self-starting, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and highly organized Analytical approach to navigating, investigating, and understanding how products work, with an aptitude for learning new products, processes, and systems A stable internet connection, with the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience will be highly regarded: Fintech experience, with a understanding of the financial technology industry and its trends Proficiency in Zendesk, and other CRM tools such as Insightly, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
