Job Overview As a Customer Service Professional at blithequark, you will play a vital role in building customer loyalty and confidence by receiving and responding to customer inquiries via all channels. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns. You will work closely with our sales professionals and other internal business partners to provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems. Your goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, professional, and resolves their issue promptly. Key Responsibilities Work directly with customers and sales professionals as a main source for products, services, and problem resolution Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other requests from customers and internal business partners in a timely and professional manner Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and provide personalized solutions to address their issues Seek assistance from team members when necessary to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently Recommend solutions for customers independently, as well as in collaboration with field representatives or managers Complete basic item look-up/sourcing and order placement independently, or with assistance from our Field Sourcing team Enter orders and follow up on their status to ensure timely and accurate delivery Manage and track all back orders and open orders to minimize delays and ensure customer satisfaction Request credits and enter returns in a timely manner to maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain delivery status and order source tracking to ensure successful and on-time delivery Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, including being friendly, courteous, and helpful. You should have a strong background in customer service, with experience handling both phone and email inquiries. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively communicate with customers and internal business partners. You should also have intermediate-level skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
