Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2). Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a call center environment, is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and coaching to ensure your success.
