About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge and Chat Professional to deliver exceptional support to our clients. As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our card members, acting as a brand ambassador, and building strong relationships with our clients. Your role will be to create a memorable experience for our clients, making them feel valued and appreciated. Key Responsibilities Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the lounge Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded Develop innovative ways to resolve clients' issues or concerns, winning their brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates Utilize the Client's First mindset in addressing clients' needs and expectations Provide concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel advice, and minimal reservation assistance Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience A passion for serving clients with proactive solutions Excellent communication skills, charming clients with every interaction The ability to listen to clients' needs, propose tailored suggestions, and deliver high satisfaction with the assistance provided A professional and positive attitude in all interactions, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with your colleagues Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience will be highly valued: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Light to moderate lifting may be required for specific work tasks Proficiency in using various technology platforms and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to helping you grow and develop in your career.
