About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge and Chat Professional to deliver exceptional support to our clients. As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our card members, acting as a brand ambassador, and building strong relationships with our clients. Your role will be to create unforgettable experiences for our clients, making them feel valued, appreciated, and loyal to our brand. Key Responsibilities Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the gathering Take ownership and responsibility for the client's experience from start to finish Develop creative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, winning their brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates Utilize the Client's First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations Provide concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel advice, and minimal reservation assistance Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience Passion for serving clients with proactive solutions Excellent communication skills, charming the client with every interaction The ability to listen to the client's needs, proposing tailored suggestions, resulting in high satisfaction from the client with the assistance they received To display the highest level of professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals Experience with technology platforms, including the ability to use and adapt to various systems easily Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering personalized experiences Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
