Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others in a timely and accurate manner Utilize computer programs such as Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs to manage and respond to requests Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers to identify additional ways to be of service and ensure customer satisfaction Work as part of a team to support one or more service delivery teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement in business processes and services Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure the privacy and safety of employee and patient information Operate office equipment such as multi-lined phones, printers, faxes, copiers, and scanners Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or related customer service experience (e.g., Healthcare, clinical, administrative, hospitality, retail, concierge, etc.). Additionally, you should have 1 year of experience working with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs. Preferred Qualifications While not required, medical or healthcare experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of processes within one or more of the following functions is also desirable: Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle Customer Billing. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences. You should also have strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized operating procedures and scientific methods to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Additional Requirements Please note that you must be a resident of one of the following states to be eligible for consideration for this position: Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Tennessee, Montana, Missouri, Louisiana, or South Carolina. Additionally, this is a Work From Home position, and you will need to have internet minimum speeds of 15 mbps download and 5 mbps upload.
