Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not essential. The ability to type at least 35 words per minute, with 40 words per minute or above preferred. A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position. Availability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday through Saturday, between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
