Job Overview and Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for demonstrating arenaflex's dedication to our clients by making their travel experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Your primary responsibilities will include: Handling all aspects of work related to ticketing and making reservations for passengers, including tagging and lifting passenger luggage to a bag belt for transport to the ramp Proactively greeting clients, assessing their needs, explaining arenaflex's available technology alternatives, and directing them appropriately Positively influencing clients' use of airport technology to ensure a better, faster, and friendlier airport experience for all clients Displaying a positive image of arenaflex and keeping clients informed while ensuring service delivery Efficiently coordinating with internal resources while working under pressure and time constraints to dispatch flights on time Performing a variety of tasks in accordance with the functional work location assignment; sellers may be cross-applied and required to perform all functions Practicing safety-aware behaviors in all operational procedures and processes Work Environment and Schedule As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be working from home in the United States. You will be subject to rotating shifts and off days, and may require outdoor work. You must be flexible and able to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
