Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to deliver world-class service to all customers. You will be scheduled to work a shift between 20 to 40 hours per week, and your duties will include: Greeting customers and guiding them through the ticketing and baggage check-in process Using a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets Managing the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper travel documentation Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures Assisting customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding Using computers to assist customers with seat availability, making gate announcements, and managing the boarding process Operating jet ways and aircraft doors You will be required to work consistently in public areas and be able to understand and respond to a variety of questions about travel information. Additionally, you may be responsible for escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Embracing diverse people, thinking, and styles Consistently making safety and security, of self and others, the priority High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency Must be at least 18 years of age Must be proficient in English and Spanish Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation Possessing basic computer skills Must successfully pass a Customer Service Assessment Frequently lifting bags or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds Occasionally lifting bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds Being willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays Being authorized to work in the US Preferred Qualifications While there are no preferred qualifications for this role, we encourage you to apply if you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role.
