Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays, and ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. Implementing blithequark asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss, and assisting with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance. Operations In addition to delivering exceptional customer service, you will also be responsible for: Registers customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting cash, and distributing change as requested. Processing voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed. Maintaining records, checking in and pricing merchandise as required or as directed by the store manager or communicated by the shift leader. Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise, and completing resets and revisions as directed. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
