As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, assisting individuals with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will accept inbound calls and answer questions concerning medication coverage, drug inclusion, and mail order solutions, helping our members better understand their coverage and options.
