Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, security, and reliability. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with different groups and leaders throughout the organization to plan, implement, and investigate network equipment and software, record and manage the installation of new networks, ensure network integrity, investigate any network issues, and maintain/upgrade existing systems as required. This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, with a competitive salary of $27 per hour, located in Dallas, USA. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement new network architectures and/or improve the efficiency of current networks Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software Procure network hardware and manage subcontractors involved in network installation Design and implement network optimization and security measures Recommend changes to improve network designs and determine hardware or software requirements associated with such changes Provide technical support to junior staff and offer guidance or support to the development or investigation of systems May perform other work duties as directed by Supervisors Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or engineering. You will also need to have a strong understanding of network protocols, architectures, and technologies, including hardware, software, and networking technologies. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with experience in network engineering, preferably in a data center or cloud infrastructure environment.
