Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Data Scientist to join our Cloud Advancements Application Stage (AP) team. As a key member of our team, you will help design and implement our AI strategy to take our developer experience platform to the next level and accelerate application development within blithequark. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and apply algorithms to large-scale data to drive business results. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with AI engineers, programmers, and other data scientists to deliver end-to-end AI-enabled solutions for our developer experience platform Design and implement AI models to solve complex business problems and improve developer productivity Work with large-scale data to develop and train AI models, and deploy them to production Ensure data quality by analyzing, modeling, and handling missing values, exceptions, and outliers Communicate complex AI model results to non-technical stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to improve our developer experience platform Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience in the software industry, focused on machine learning and AI Proficiency in quantitative programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with distributed stores like S3, Flash, and Vector Database Experience with model deployment for experimentation and production Strong understanding of advanced AI (ML) algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models Strong understanding of transformer architecture, vector embeddings, and applying models to solve different business problems Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field Experience with training models or using pre-trained models and fine-tuning them to custom needs Experience applying ML methods in engineer productivity is a plus Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex results in a clear and concise manner Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and soft skills.
