As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our cardholders, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. You will maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, resolve inquiries, authorize sales, and work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
