Process customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and organizing documents, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and experience, sharing your insights and ideas to help drive continuous improvement and innovation. Assist with various customer service projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is strongly preferred, although we are willing to consider candidates with transferable skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
