Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team in Denver, IA, on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience, and will be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, building customer relationships, and resolving customer challenges. Key Responsibilities Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment to resolve customer challenges and provide exceptional customer experiences Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures Essential Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of customer service experience in a similar role Ability to commute to our facility from your home and have a secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty Knowledge of inventory management and technical support principles, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, competitive salary, and opportunities for growth and development.
