We're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to bring new ideas. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members. You'll also make outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, return voicemails, and participate in call campaigns.
