Our remote sales and support team is a critical component of our success, and we're seeking talented individuals to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Sales and Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing consultative customer support and sales insights to clients via phone. You'll work closely with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify and meet their needs, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $26 and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide consultative customer support and sales insights to clients via phone, building rapport and trust to meet and exceed sales targets and call quality requirements * Utilize established sales strategies to close deals through inbound and outbound calling, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience * Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify and meet their needs, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences * Handle sales requests and set arrangements in the most efficient way for the company, ensuring accurate pricing and processes are followed while logging all data and managing the client * Check item and arrangement precision and set accurate expectations for the client experience * Work in a fast-paced, organized environment and be self-motivated to achieve sales targets * Regularly communicate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient customer experiences **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * 20%: Collaboration – Work with Home Station Partners and partners to facilitate sales and arrangement completion * 40%: Communication – Call clients to survey items and set arrangements * 20%: Customer Support – Provide consultative customer support and sales insights by telephone, building rapport and trust to meet and exceed sales goals and call quality requirements * 20%: THD Cycle and Strategy – Locate client, partner, and Home Warehouse partner issues as soon as possible **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree * Strong foundation in sales and customer service * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PC capabilities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, organized environment * Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer service **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a sales or customer service role * Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools * Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision * Strong time management and organizational skills **Work Environment** * Work from home in a comfortable and quiet environment * Regularly requires occasional travel under 10% of the time * Mostly spent sitting in a comfortable position with opportunities to move about * Occasionally may need to move or lift light articles **Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $26 * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company * Flexible work schedule and remote work environment * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!
