You'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming communications from customers * Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues * Providing product or service knowledge to customers * Using your computer skills to navigate our systems and tools **What You Bring to the Role** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 6 months or more of customer service experience * A high school diploma or equivalent * Strong product or service knowledge * Excellent computer skills * A caring and supportive nature that will shine through as you help customers **The Equipment You'll Need** To work from home, you'll need: * Internet speed > 15 Mbps. A hardwired direct connection to your home router is recommended.
