About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and ensuring seamless interactions with our platform. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, texts, and web chat inquiries from customers and service providers, providing timely and effective support. Assist customers with booking, canceling, and rescheduling services, as well as addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Provide guidance and support to service providers on work orders, policy questions, and software issues, ensuring they have the resources they need to deliver exceptional service. Troubleshoot software malfunctions and technical issues, working to resolve problems efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with a fully remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate communication, training, and meetings. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Familiarity with software troubleshooting and technical support. Experience working with remote teams and utilizing digital communication tools. Knowledge of the service industry, particularly in areas such as cleaning, maintenance, or yard work.
