Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing detailed information on available solutions and assisting clients in making informed decisions Evaluate customer requests, offer tailored suggestions, and ensure seamless interactions that foster a loyal customer base Proactively communicate with customers, resolve issues, and adapt interaction methods to align with customer demands Collaborate with internal departments to instill customer confidence and create support Stay up-to-date with product/service improvements, industry updates, and changes to demands, maximizing performance and productivity Maintain customer files in a proprietary database, utilizing system capabilities to ensure accurate submission of data and maximize productivity Monitor and sustain an enhanced customer profile through timely entry of notes, support records, and communications Provide customer support and utilize sales techniques to maintain customers, informing them about added-value products that may benefit them Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with the requirements of the position.
