Job Overview This full-time remote position requires 40 hours of work per week, with operating hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm MST, including weekend hours. The pay rate for this role is $20 per hour. As a Customer Success and Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our experts, ensuring their satisfaction, and building strong relationships with a diverse group of individuals.
