Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you will need a combination of education, experience, and personal qualities that align with our mission and values. The ideal candidate will possess: A high school diploma or GED, with an Associate’s degree being a significant plus, indicating a strong foundation in education. At least 1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare, preferably in a role that involved supporting individuals with sensitivity and empathy. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear, compassionate manner. Comfort and proficiency in managing sensitive topics with discretion, empathy, and understanding. Strong proficiency in digital tools, CRMs, and call center platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. The ability to work independently in a remote setup, with stable internet and a private workspace that ensures confidentiality and productivity.
