Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our visitors, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns Enter customer data into our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, leveraging data analysis and insights to inform decision-making Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, providing idea leadership and influencing others to drive activities to completion Engage in research and development, assisting in the creation of AI and ML models to drive business growth and improve customer experiences Lead and collaborate with other specialists and data scientists to implement and scale ML solutions, driving supernatural experiences for our visitors Drive innovation, proof-of-concepts, technology cash drives, and customer interactions that lead to growing top-tier AI platforms Provide functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team Build standard procedures utilized in daily operations and collaborate with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space Productionize ML algorithms in predictive analytics, classification, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, evaluating their performance on real-world datasets Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, etc. 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Object-Oriented Programming Design Patterns Experience with structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, audio, etc.) and SQL relational and non-relational databases 2+ years of experience with Workflow or another data workflow management tool Experience with version control software, such as GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines Strong systems integration architecture skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with Docker Experience with control systems Experience with Kubernetes Experience with cloud solutions in GCP or another cloud platform Experience with Atlassian Tools like Jira and Confluence Experience with Agile development methodologies Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development Experience with data visualization and data monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau) Experience with sound analysis Experience with text analysis Education and Training A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is required. A Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
