As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms, digitalizing them in a provided format, and accurately inputting details while meeting established keystrokes per hour or words per minute standards. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent typing skills and a passion for data entry, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities:** * Capture and validate complex data with high accuracy * Classify and index images * Pre-adjudicate documents and correct data as required * Verify data from automated data extraction tools * Utilize various systems to work on assigned tasks * Complete assignments using multiple source documents to verify data or use additional information to do the work * Work within established procedures and practices * Work under close supervision **Requirements:** * Must be able to type at least 45+ WPM with high accuracy * Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research * Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while performing functions with high accuracy rate * Maintain or exceed 4,000 ksph for numeric and 2,500 ksph alpha/numeric with less than 1% error rate * Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing preferred * Experience working through VPN connection * Must be at least 18 years of age or older * Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) * Must be eligible to work in the United States * Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background checks or drug screenings **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a data entry or medical claims processing environment * Familiarity with healthcare claims processing software and systems * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Work Environment and Culture:** At arenaflex, we value our associates' health and safety, as well as their individuality and contributions to our team.
