We're passionate about building a better future for aviation, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team. **Job Responsibilities** As a Data Protection & Privacy Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Analyzing and implementing data protection and privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable technology solutions that meet data protection and privacy requirements * Conducting risk assessments and identifying areas for improvement to ensure the security and integrity of arenaflex's data * Developing and implementing training programs to educate employees on data protection and privacy best practices * Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data protection and privacy to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of industry standards **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in a STEM-associated field * A strong understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies, including local, national, and international regulations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management and employees * Ability to work in a dynamic environment to strict deadlines, with the potential to handle multiple tasks concurrently * Must be legally eligible to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship * Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial aspect of this role **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: * CISA certification * Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security * Knowledge of safety engineering and architecture principles * Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key control principles * Ability to interpret styles of noncompliance to determine their effect on levels of risk and/or average effectiveness of the company's cybersecurity program * Hands-on experience with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and product capabilities **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Data Protection & Privacy Analyst at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic and inclusive team that values diversity and innovation.
