Key Responsibilities Developing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and continuously monitoring competitor efforts. Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Guiding sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree and have 1 to 3 years of successful enterprise-class sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales targets using a consultative and solutions-focused approach is essential. Additionally, you should have: Demonstrated success in promoting nascent products/offering into new markets. Advanced communication and presentation skills, a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. Remarkable business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills. Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills, with comfort in handling complex financial data.
