**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – AI and Machine Learning Model Development for arenaflex Encounters**

As a Key Information Researcher in this team, you'll play a crucial role in directing the creation, implementation, and support of data analysis and the development of AI (ML) models for our attractions. You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences with intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex Encounters (DX). **About the Role** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. No prior experience is necessary – just a passion for customer service and a love for all things arenaflex! As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for driving the development of AI and ML models, working with cross-functional teams to execute and scale ML solutions, and managing the functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with research and development teams to drive ML methodologies and identify areas where business challenges can be addressed creatively by applying ML. * Lead and work with various specialists and data scientists to execute and effectively scale ML solutions to create magical experiences for our visitors and push the boundaries of functional objectives. * Drive innovation, idea validation, innovation funding, and client communications that lead to growing top-tier AI platforms. * Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services. * Build standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialized units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space. * Productionize ML algorithms in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals in improving system performance, coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews. **Required Capabilities and Abilities** * 2+ years of experience in Python and with predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more. * 2+ years of master-level experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. * Proficient in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile Programming Frameworks. * Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, audio, and more) and SQL social and non-social datasets. * 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool. * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, relational skills, and determination to complete responsibilities. * Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions. **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience with Docker. * Experience with control frameworks. * Experience with Kubernetes. * Experience with cloud solutions in GCP or another cloud platform. * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence. * Experience with Agile development techniques. * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development. * Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau). * Experience with audio analysis. * Experience with text analysis. **Education** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related technical field. * Preferred: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related technical field. **What We Offer** * A dynamic and innovative work environment with a passionate team of professionals. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. * A competitive salary and bonus structure. * A fun and inclusive company culture with a focus on work-life balance. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Full Stack Data Analyst looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [insert contact information].
