Prerequisites for this Role To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: Extensive Experience in UX Design: Possess at least 7 years of experience in user experience design, with a proven track record of crafting intuitive and innovative digital solutions across a variety of platforms. Leadership Skills: Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor design teams, encouraging collaboration and creativity while driving projects to successful completion. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exhibit strong communication skills for effective collaboration with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and user-focused designs.
