As a key member of our Digital Product Management team, you will be responsible for shaping the strategy and direction of our conversational AI platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development and implementation of our conversational AI and live chat support solutions, working **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support. * Proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed business expectations. * Strong understanding of conversational AI and live chat support technologies, including natural language processing, machine learning, and chatbot development. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with
