Job Summary We are seeking experienced and customer-oriented Inbound Chat Agents to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a Web Chat Agent, you will engage in real-time online conversations with potential customers, answering inquiries related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, services, finance, and general dealership questions. Your role will focus on representing arenaflex and our dealership clients positively online, ensuring client satisfaction, and transforming online interactions into valuable leads that drive dealership revenue. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment while honing your communication and customer service skills.
