With a focus on innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement, we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us achieve our mission. **Key Responsibilities** As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex Listening Center, you'll be responsible for: * Answering inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience. * Determining customer concerns and scheduling the necessary appointments to resolve issues efficiently. * Communicating with customers in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and heard, building strong relationships and trust. * Documenting and updating customer records accurately and efficiently. * Establishing and maintaining great customer relationships, ensuring that every customer feels valued and appreciated. * Being a team player and upholding arenaflex's standards of professionalism and integrity, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals. * All calls are recorded and monitored for quality services, ensuring that our high standards are met. **Network and Equipment Requirements** To ensure seamless communication and efficient work, we require: * Hardwired Internet (Ethernet cable connection) with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 20 Mbps. * 40 ms latency maximum. * You must provide your own equipment, including: + Windows PC desktop or laptop with an Intel i5 processor (2430M at 2.40GHz or equivalent), 8GB of RAM available, and a working webcam. + Anti-Virus protection software (Windows Defender is acceptable, provided it's kept updated). + USB wired Headset with microphone. + Dual computer monitors. + Smart Phone (any manufacturer). + Apple computers are not compatible/accepted. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * To meet the network and equipment requirements. * Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude. * Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage multiple systems and type 30+ wpm. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal). * Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus. * A designated work space that's free of distractions with little to no background noise. * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. * Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! **Benefits of Working at arenaflex Listening Center** As an arenaflex Listening Center team member, you'll enjoy: * A fast-paced work environment with little to no boring downtime while taking calls. * Earn a college degree, no cost to you!
