About the Role We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team of clinicians in the Bay Area. As an LVN with Concierge Nursing Referral Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs and preferences. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional care, providing skilled nursing services, and coordinating with clients and their families to ensure seamless care. Key Responsibilities As an LVN with Concierge Nursing Referral Services, your key responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional care: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients, including ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, transportation to appointments, and other services as needed. Providing skilled nursing services: You will provide skilled nursing services as prescribed by our clients and their doctors, within your scope of practice. Meeting documentation requirements: You will meet all documentation requirements according to referral agency policy and procedure. Prompt and effective communication: You will communicate effectively with clients, families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals as needed. Supply coordination: You will coordinate and obtain supplies necessary for client care, including DME, wound care supplies, medications, and other essentials. Training and education: You will assist clients and their families with training and education as needed. Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of California: You must be a licensed LVN in the state of California. 2 years of nursing experience: We prefer candidates with 2 years of nursing experience, but all qualified candidates will be considered. CPR/BLS Certification: You must have current CPR/BLS certification. Independence and reliability: You must be able to work independently with little to no supervision or training. Basic computer skills: You must have basic computer skills and overall technical savviness.
