About the Role: Customer Service Representative This fully remote position offers the unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own space while making a tangible impact on the lives of Health Mart Atlas members. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline ambassador, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries with precision and empathy. Your hours of work will be 10am-7pm (CT), and you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members, addressing their concerns, and providing timely and accurate resolutions to issues related to PBM contracts, payments, adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations, and reimbursement issues. Initiate outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, return voicemails, and participate in call campaigns, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy. Utilize internal systems to research and resolve complex issues, escalating to other departments when necessary, and maintaining detailed call notes to ensure seamless follow-up and issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate the value proposition clearly to members, including contract updates, industry news, and trends, and serve as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups once tenured in the role. Demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you will need: A minimum of 3+ years of related experience in customer service, preferably in a health care setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to navigate complex issues and find effective solutions. Proficiency in time management and organization, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
