Job Overview In this part-time role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers, addressing their concerns, and providing timely solutions. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Direct calls to the appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them efficiently Explain contract details to customers, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions of their agreements Manage existing customer relationships, providing peace of mind and worry-free solutions that meet their needs Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts, ensuring timely and efficient resolution Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and meetings with management, using camera technology to facilitate open communication and collaboration Key to Success To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. A passion for customer service and quality work is essential, as is the ability to be focused, reliable, and organized.
