About the Role The Pharmacy Lead Technician - FSS position is a key role that builds upon the skills and responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician and Inventory Specialist. As a leader and role model, you'll coach and guide the Pharmacy Technician team to ensure seamless execution of pharmacy operations, provide exceptional customer service, and drive store performance. Key Responsibilities Support the pharmacy leadership team with administrative tasks, such as reviewing store communications, completing tasks, and tracking compliance training. Manage the scheduling of pharmacy support staff, including generating schedules, tracking time-off requests, and informing payroll regarding finance codes. Oversee Inventory Specialist responsibilities, including annual inventories, resets, and pharmacy-related aspects of AP Heartbeat Checks. Collaborate with the pharmacy leadership team and local Coach to support the onboarding, training, and development of new hires in the pharmacy. Drive store administration foundations by setting an example of exceptional performance, promoting WeCARE workflow best practices, and encouraging the entire store team to adopt change. Demonstrate a growth mindset, providing constructive feedback to colleagues to improve the work environment and team dynamics. Perform Front Store Supervisor (FSS) responsibilities, including managing store teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service. Maintain accurate pricing, inventory, and merchandising, and execute store operations according to company policies and procedures. Required Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 3+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years as a Pharmacy Technician. High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required. PTCB National Certification. State-level licensure requirements vary by state. Regular and reliable attendance. Availability to work some evenings and weekends to support business needs. Strong communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly valued: 3 years of relevant work experience. Ability to work in the home store and across the market in various locations to address business needs. Previous experience as a Front Store Supervisor.
