Key Responsibilities Instruct effective, motivating, and safe Pilates training/workout sessions in small group and one-on-one settings Utilize a variety of Pilates equipment and exercises to cater to diverse client needs and goals Manage individual schedule and clientele scheduling, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations Handle administrative tasks related to session sales and payroll Maintain regular communication with management, co-workers, and club staff to ensure a cohesive team environment Provide demo sessions for members and co-workers to promote our Pilates program Participate in departmental promotional campaigns, in-services, and staff meetings to stay connected and informed Promote yourself and our Pilates program to prospective clients to drive business growth Regularly follow up with clients and prospective clients to build strong relationships and grow your client base Essential and Preferred Qualifications We're looking for a Pilates Studio Instructor with a strong background in Pilates instruction and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. While at least one year of experience teaching Pilates is preferred, we're open to considering new and non-certified Pilates Instructors who are eager to learn and invest in their skills and career.
