Key Responsibilities As a Pre-Licensed Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns Providing support to policyholders with any policy changes requested Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary Using excellent decision-making skills and innovation to respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience High School Graduate or GED Ability to type 25 wpm Comfort with desktop computer systems Proven oral and written communication skills Logical problem-solving skills Availability to work various shifts Ability to use Windows operating systems Organization and work prioritization skills Preferred: 6 months of Call Center experience Comprehensive Training and Development arenaflex offers a 5-day paid training program to help you prepare for the State Insurance Exam. You will receive paid study time, study materials, and support to cover the cost and schedule your state exam. After passing the exam, arenaflex will support you in obtaining your license in the 50 states/territories we operate in.
