Conduct end-user research to identify user stories and determine Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and partner with Finance to understand financial needs and create business plans for new opportunities. Monitor research and the competitive landscape to recommend best solutions and ensure products remain best-in-class, and evaluate research and market analysis to recommend innovative solutions. Delivery & Execution (30%) : Ensure products are aligned with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities, and document, review, and ensure quality and change control standards are met. Formulate, test, and refine assumptions and hypotheses through user research and testing, create, prioritize, and accept user stories, and make product decisions that drive value on a daily basis. People (30%) : Foster collaboration with team members to drive value, act as a proponent of modern software development practices, and advocate for the end-user and stakeholder by empathizing with and understanding user needs. Regularly work with the product team to assess progress, disseminate lessons learned, and understand next steps, and manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to execute on product strategy. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential and preferred qualifications: Essential Qualifications : Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. High school diploma and/or GED. Preferred Qualifications : 1-3 years of relevant work experience as a Product Manager in a modern software development-based enterprise environment. Demonstrated experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies. Experience working in a fast-paced, fluid environment with shifting priorities. Experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels. Experience creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories, conducting user research and testing, and identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value.
