Position Summary The Customer Service and Data Entry Representative will provide a wide range of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. This is a remote position, and we will provide you with the necessary equipment, as long as you have a high-speed internet connection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for data entry, customer service, and administrative tasks, ensuring that our claims management systems are up-to-date and accurate. Key Responsibilities Primarily perform data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Follow up on missing information to process claims in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders. Review invoices to ensure accuracy and compile reports from systems with claims information, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide administrative and staff support services to the claims coordination team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless claims coordination, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our services. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or administration. Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in claims coordination or a related field. Knowledge of claims management systems and software. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
