As a remote Chat Agent, you will play a pivotal role in professionally acknowledging and responding to customer inquiries via chat and text messages in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages, ensuring prompt and personalized interactions with our customers. Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, demonstrating our dedication to real-time customer support and swift issue resolution. Identify and report any system errors or anomalies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operational efficiency and technological infrastructure. Meet productivity standards by working a set minimum number of conversations per hour, ensuring that our service levels are consistently high and our customers' needs are met without delay.
