Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Fraud Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in responding to account inquiries, identifying fraudulent credit card activity, and providing exceptional service to our merchants and cardholders. Key Responsibilities Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing standard/scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated within the fraud detection queues Assist with the completion of lost/stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity Build credit card replacement orders and complete shipping materials Develop knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research of department policies, procedures, external regulations, and analytic techniques Collaborate with experienced fraud analysts to gain expertise and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in fraud detection and prevention Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: High School Diploma or Equivalent A minimum of six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule Ability to work on camera at all times Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months Banking customer service experience Knowledge of payment technology and software solutions Essential Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you must possess: Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards Basic knowledge of payment technology and software solutions Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
